This could be the world's first smartphone to come with 512GB of storage

Smartphone makers trying hard to come with features and specifications that are exclusive to their devices. The latest smartphone in the list of new features is the yet-to-be launched Huawei P20. The leaks have already suggested that the smartphone will sport a triple rear camera and now another important information about the upcoming smartphone has surfaced online.

As per the TENNA listing, it is expected that the smartphone will come with the massive 512GB of internal storage. This means that the users can now carry PC-like storage in their pocket. Presently, the smartphones offer a maximum of 256GB storage and if the information in correct then Huawei P20 will become the first smartphone to come with this amount of storage.

It is interesting to note that with this amount of storage, the smartphone will offer more space as compared to most of the MacBook models available in the market. The TENNA listing also reveals that the smartphone will come with 6GB of RAM.

With this becoming a reality, it could be possible that other smartphone makers will also pickup the same trend. Last year we saw that Apple showcased its FaceID feature, which was later adopted by many of the smartphone makers. Same is the case with the full screen display, LG was the first company to introduce the Full Screen display and now even budget smartphones are coming up with it.

With 512GB of storage on board, users will be able to record and store ample amount of 4K videos, movies, books, music and others.

It is also possible that the company might introduce 512GB of storage in its luxury Porsche edition. Presently, Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design and the Mate 10 Porsche Design offer 256GB of storage which is the maximum offered by the company.
